2. Auto Pros will assist apprentices in finding full-time employment opportunities within the automotive industry through:
3. Networking connections with Automotive Training Institute (ATI) . They support more than 1,600 shops in improving operations and workforce development. We will provide nationwide employment or locally.
4. Resume writing assistance and interview preparation.
5. Job listings tailored to apprentices' skills and interests.

10)Program Completion Requirements
To successfully complete the Auto Pros Apprenticeship Program, apprentices must meet specific requirements that demonstrate their readiness for full-time employment in the automotive industry. These requirements may include:
1. Accumulating a minimum number of shop hours over the two-year period.
2. Successfully completing all assigned tasks as outlined by mentors or supervisors.
3. Passing periodic evaluations or assessments conducted by mentors or program coordinators.
4. Earning at least two ASE certifications.
5. Maintaining consistent attendance and professionalism throughout the program.

The Auto Pros Apprenticeship Program values hard work, dedication, and achievement. To motivate apprentices and celebrate milestones, we offer recognition and rewards such as:
1. Certificates of achievement for completing key phases of the program or earning certifications.
2. Public recognition through company newsletters or social media spotlights on top-performing apprentices.

12)Apprentice Progress Tracking
To ensure apprentices are progressing effectively through the program, we implement a structured progress tracking system that includes:
1. Quarterly performance reviews conducted by mentors or supervisors to assess skill development, knowledge retention, and professionalism.
2. A checklist of essential skills that apprentices must master (e.g., oil changes, brake repairs, diagnostics).
