- Enrollment in the Auto Pros Academy
programs is open to eligible students who meet the specified admission criteria
outlined in the program policies.
- For the Middle School STEM Program,
students must demonstrate interest in automotive technology and commit to
attending all scheduled sessions.
- For the High School Program, enrollment
is limited to juniors and seniors following the academic school year calendar.
2. Attendance Requirements
- Regular attendance is mandatory for all
programs. Students must maintain at least 80% attendance for successful
completion of the Middle School STEM Program.
- Failure to meet attendance requirements
may result in dismissal or inability to earn program completion certificates.
3. Behavior Expectations
- Students are required to conduct
themselves respectfully towards instructors, peers, and guests.
- Disruptive behavior, non-compliance with
program rules, or violation of safety protocols will result in disciplinary action,
including possible dismissal from the program.
4. Safety Protocols
- All students must participate in a
mandatory safety orientation before engaging in hands-on activities.
- Proper safety equipment must be worn at
all times during workshop sessions. Non-compliance may lead to removal from
activities.
5. Academic Integrity
- Students must submit original work for
all projects and assignments. Plagiarism or cheating will result in immediate
dismissal from the program.
6. Use of Technology
- Personal devices are permitted only for
program-related activities during sessions. Inappropriate use of technology
will result in disciplinary action.
7. Program Completion
- Certificates of completion will be
awarded only to students who fulfill all program requirements, including
attendance, participation, and academic integrity standards.
- Graduates of the Middle School STEM
Program receive automatic acceptance into the High School Program.
8. Equipment and Materials
- Students are responsible for using provided
equipment and materials properly. Intentional damage may result in financial
liability or disciplinary measures.
9. Parent/Guardian Involvement
- Parents/guardians are encouraged to
attend orientations and showcases and will receive regular updates on student
progress.
10. Transportation
- Transportation to and from program
sessions or field trips is not provided by Auto Pros Academy. Families are
responsible for arranging transportation.
11. Field Trips and Real-World
Experience
- Field trips are organized as part of the
curriculum, offering students exposure to professional automotive environments
such as Auto Pros repair shop.
- Participation requires adherence to all
safety protocols.
12. Apprenticeship Opportunities
- High school students completing the
two-year curriculum may enroll in a paid Apprenticeship Program with Auto Pros
Automotive Repair, which includes job placement assistance and ASE
Certification preparation.
13. Changes to Policies
- Auto Pros Academy reserves the right to
update program policies annually based on feedback from students, parents,
instructors, and industry trends.
14. Liability Disclaimer
- Auto Pros Academy is not liable for
injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or misuse of equipment
during hands-on activities.
